These Terms of Service govern your use of ThoughtVoice, an Authority Operating System operated by West Coast Content Company. By engaging our services or submitting an application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the platform.
ThoughtVoice provides founders, executives, advisors, and leaders with a fully managed content authority system including Narrative Blueprint development, Authority Map creation, Authority Momentum publishing, Market Signal tracking, Buyer Response Intelligence, Revenue Signals, Weekly Authority Briefs, and Sales Lens alignment. The platform is provided on a subscription basis with packages as described on our pricing page.
To use ThoughtVoice you must:
ThoughtVoice is offered on monthly subscription packages. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting your account manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active clients.
You agree to use ThoughtVoice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
All content produced by ThoughtVoice on your behalf is based on ideas, perspectives, and recordings you provide. You retain ownership of your original thinking, your voice profile, and all approved content published under your name.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. ThoughtVoice will not publish content without your explicit approval. You remain solely responsible for all content published to your connected social media accounts.
ThoughtVoice uses artificial intelligence to transcribe sessions, structure content, generate drafts, and analyze market signal. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and is refined by our team before delivery for your review. You are responsible for reviewing all content before approving for publication. ThoughtVoice does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
When you connect your social media accounts to ThoughtVoice you authorize us to publish content on your behalf following your approval. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts. You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform. We are not responsible for changes to third party platform APIs that may affect publishing functionality.
Your use of ThoughtVoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ThoughtVoice you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ThoughtVoice and its original content, system architecture, features, and functionality are owned by West Coast Content Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design without written permission.
ThoughtVoice is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that using ThoughtVoice will increase your inbound leads, social media engagement, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law West Coast Content Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of ThoughtVoice shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless West Coast Content Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason with 30 days notice. Upon termination your data will be retained for 45 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data during this period by contacting [email protected].
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of ThoughtVoice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
