We use client information to provide and improve the ThoughtVoice platform, process subscription payments, send content for review and approval, provide account support, and analyze platform usage to improve our service.
We use voice recordings, transcripts, and written content to generate authority content on your behalf, build and refine your Narrative Blueprint and Authority Map, train your voice profile within the system, and deliver content to your connected platforms.
We use applicant information to evaluate fit, follow up on applications, and contact prospective clients about ThoughtVoice packages.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in these circumstances:
Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion. Voice recordings and content session data are retained as long as the associated client account is active. When an account is cancelled all associated content data is deleted within 45 days. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by submitting a request at thoughtvoice.online/data-deletion.

Any individual who has submitted data through our intake or application forms may request access to or deletion of that data by visiting thoughtvoice.online/data-deletion. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

ThoughtVoice uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain authentication sessions and analyze platform usage. We use Supabase authentication cookies which are essential for the platform to function. We do not use third party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can control cookie settings through your browser but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the platform.
We implement industry standard security measures including encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, Row Level Security in our database ensuring each client can only access their own data, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
ThoughtVoice is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our platform please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes by email or through a notice in their dashboard. Continued use of ThoughtVoice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
